MSVCR71 Error

Hello,

SAP used to work well on my PC but after I installed the sapjco I get the following error when try to start up SAP

ERROR MESSAGE:

"The application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found.

I try to install SAP again but the problem still persist.

Could any one help me to expalin what's going on and how can I fix this? IS this an OS error or SAP error?

    I have solve this problem. What I did was I had to reinstall SAP in my PC and every thing seems to work well now. Thank you all.
