Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System

Hi Experts,

we have configured ITSM and while sending the message to solution manager 7.1 SP14 system from satellite system getting "Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System ".

We have checked all the settings and tne gone through the related threads but no luck.

can any one help on this?

    Did you check out old threads?

    This is a known error, also documented in SAP notes I believe:

    Hi Tom

    Thanks for your reply, i have already checked all the messages but i didn't help for me.

    When i create the message from the managed system it's showing only the error message. its' not showing any log (slg1) or any dump.

    i have tried to check authorization trace but i didn't get any clue.
