Hello Venky,

Scheduling Agreement: Order type (Standard) - DS

Item category - LPN

Schedule lines - CP (Depends)

Now in VA31 when you created your order with order type DS, you are getting this error while trying to save, right ?

OK, Now when you go to see in item condition you will see no net value on the top with only zeros in it .

for all this one reason and if you have skipped then do it now.

have you gone to schedule lines ? if not go to item data, schedule line tab, in there you need to specify on which date, what quantity has to be supplied to your customer including quantities, and now try to save it.

I think this should solve your problem, if your pricing procedure, and document types are SAP standard.

All the best.

Sridhar.

Hi Venky,

I understand from your query that when you try to save the Sales Order, the Incompletion Log shows NET VALUE as Missing Data...... You can check the following to resolve this issue:

1. Ensure Selling Price is maintained in Sales Order - Item Data - Condition Tab.

2. If the price is maintained correctly, still no NET VALUE is displayed in sales Order, then check your Item Category Setting in T. Code VOV7. Here you can change the value of field "Statistical value" from "Y" to any other value, which will enable display of Net Value in Sales Order.

Let me know if you need any further details.
