RDR1 line status is null

Hi Gordon!

User make 1 Sales Order and copy to 1 AR invoice. 1 line open and they close by manual. Sales order status = Close. I don't know why line status on sales order form still open and RDR1 line status = null.

Committed is correct

OITM is correct

Sales analysis reports by item (sales order) wrong

I try to chose close on the row of sales order --> update but RDR1 record line status = null and no any change after I close sales order row

Please tell me why I have this problem and how can we solve that problem.

HI!

I try to check all marketing document but only 1 line is null in RDR1. I create transaction the same but can't see this problem.

Anyone see this case like me?

If only one case, it is the database error triggered by none controllable event. You may restore the backup to a test environment to update the record directly to get the right report.

As for your problem, it is hard to tell because the reasons are not unique. It could be many.

Query your table to see how many such lines exist.
