Repeater Action question

Just a simple question: I am running MII 12.1 and want to know what the difference is between the Output property and the Item property of the Repeater Action. At times they seem interchangable and at times not so much.

Hi John,

The Item was added during 12.1 development, though I am not sure of the rationale behind it. I never found a reason to use it in place of Output. If you have noticed differences, please add them to this thread. I will be happy to validate them.

Output Property: It is not predefined, i mean that the repeater output and the no of times it will repeate may vary depending on the node or item it will repeat.

Item Property: It is predefined, mean that already it is know that on what the repeater will repeat.
