Hi,
We have a single user that has been granted full authorizations for Customization Tools but she does not see this menu when she logs in. We've removed and regranted full authorization to this module but no luck. Any ideas on how to get this setting to work for her so she can see Customization Tools in her menu?
Administration > System Initialization > Authorizations > General Authorizations
Grant Full-Authorization for Customization Tools
This does not work for a single user.
Thanks
David
Hi David,
Something must be wrong with the user profile. Customization Tools should be available for all users. If not authorized, it may only grayed out the menu item.
Try to reproduce it in the test environment first.
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi David.......
This is something strange.....
Even if you have no authorization of Customization you can still see this option but can not access or use correct me if I'm wrong.
Please try giving authorization for General Module also.......

Rahul

Hi,
After setting the authorization to the specified user.
The specified user must log-in and go to Form Settings - Main Menu
then click Apply Authorization to update. Exit then log-in.
Thanks.
