Display Help Text

We currently are using both Webi and Webi Rich Client XI3.1 SP4

When we were using XIr2 at the bottom of the window in Edit query mode if a dimension or measure had help text associated with it, the help text would display and allow the user to scroll through to read it. In XI3.1 SP4 this window is not displaying on the bottom in edit Query mode and I donu2019t see a settings in the CMC to turn this feature on.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated
