Org.Management Q

Please i want to know what's the relationship shall i use in organization management in order to make anoganization serves 2 main organizations ??

ex . i have company "x" and company "Y"

and org.unit "HR"

"HR" is phyically located at company "X" but it serves "X" and "Y" and may be "Z"
