Problem with Reference Reports Repeating twice in CG50 transaction

Hi Gurus,

I am facing problem with reference reports repeating twice for same substance and same genaration varaint.

When i assign a real substance to a real group substance through CG50 transaction the reference reports are repeating twice in the real substance. before upgradation to ECC 6.0 the referenced substance displays only single report but now after upgradation the reference substance are repeating twice for same real group substance and bot the reports and data's are same.

Can anyone please help me to solve the issue..
