Hello,

When you modify a setting on the properties of a server in the CMC, you need to restart it in order for the change to be applied.

You should see also a red flag in the list of the servers mentioning this point.

Be careful by restarting the InputFRS as it will impact your users.

If you change the location of the InputFRS, you have to put the temp folder on the same server (but different folder of course)

Philippe

Can you check the account starting the SIA?

If you change the folder for the Input/OutputFRS, the account starting the SIA needs to have the rights on that shared folder (needs to be a domain account).

If this doesn't help, please mention the version of BOE that you are using and which fixes you have installed.

My feeling is that the account starting the SIA has no rights to access the shared folder for the Input/OutputFRS

Therefore, the CMC refuses to apply the modifications.

The local NT account is an account proper to the machine.

So I think I would try to see if by giving access to everybody on that shared folder solves the issue.
