Planning file: Planning Horizon not dragged from MRP group

When changing requirements in MD04, the planning file entry for NETPL is only updated if the requirement is in the plant horizon, instead the horizon defined for the MRP group.

Then, when executing the MPS using the NETPL processing key, the system does not take into account materials with changes made in the MRP group planning horizon.

I have found a couple of SAP Notes describing similar problems, but any of them can not be applied to our version installed (ECC 6.0):
