regardig Rg1 Updation

Hi

I am facing difficulty in one scenario where my customer producing material In "Numbers" & selling Unit is" KG" in that case what will be the consequence for RG1 Register because my production unit is in numbers & also in "mmbe" it is showing me in Numbers but sales order is in Kg for selling so in that case what will be the process for updating RG1 register with production unit In Numbers & Selling unit in Kg

Dear Tushar

Your RG1 updation will based Material master Base unit of measure. It will update in Nos

But if you want to update RG1 in KG . In J1id chapter Id maintain exscise uom in KG.

In J1ID , select chapter ID :

and in that maintain Excise UOM(unit of measure ) : kg

so that RG1 updation will be in kg

You need to update RG1 register in KG itself

But after the production the material is in numbers so when i will update the RG1 registerer with RMA classification in that it will update it with number or kg because in material master i have maintained base unit 1no & selling unit is 1 no= 50 kg & after sale when i will select the classification then what will be the updating unit in Rg1 register
