HRA IT0581 Updation through LSMW

Dear All,

The issue is when i am trying to update the IT0581, in the field for whether metro or non metro(METRO),even if i given 1 (metro) as in put it saves as non metro. it only happenens with updation through LSMW.

can anybody suggest a soluion for this??

It doesn't seem a back end problem hence i wud suggest you to check the LSMW itself......

i checked it through front end procesing. in the last screen also it is showing as metro. but after saving, it shows as non metro.

Have you also checked config of HRA in table series V_T7INR*. Check if you have maintained metro and non metro both for it. Ideally these are standard entries and hence should be present in system but still cross check it once.

When i am doing the updation mannually it takes as Metro, as well as non metro as i am intend,there is no prob in of config as you said. the error happens only when it is updated through LSMW. i dont know why it is happening. While processing the LSMW in forground it shows that metro as 1 and log also genrate as metro, but saving as non metro.

HI,

Check if the field is not "hard coded" in LSMW.

I hope it is mapped correctly with the fight field.

Please check this SAP Note:

SAP Note 1614683 : Error while updating Infotype 0581 without using Std T.codes

Symptom :

You are trying to create a record in Housing (HRA / CLA / COA) infotype (IT0581), without using standard tcodes (e.g.: PA30 or PA40). However while updating the infotype 0581 (Housing) using a Function Module or BDC method, the screen field "City Category" gets defaulted by value "Non-Metro" category.
