MM02 Forecasting tab question regarding Corrected Value field

Does anyone know what program populates the Corrected Value field in the MM02 forecasting tab?

You can find this field in the MM02 >Forecasting>Consumption Values-->Corrected Values

We have a home grown program that currently populates the fields using outlier corrections, but would like to run an SAP delivered solution in order to see our Qutnt field as 1.00.

Please let me know if I can provide any other information. Thank you
