Recurring promp for EULA then Addon failed to connect DI API

Hi,

I've restored clinet company database on B1 8.81 PL07.

Every time I log in, I am presendted with this EULA screen where I need to fill in name and position...

Then Addons(every addon which I delveloped) failed to connect DI API with -105 error.

Username from EULA has a value always except this problem's company. This Username is blank on this company.

I have no problem with another companies. Addons are wokring ok

My client does not have this problem.

Client upgraded this database recently to B1 8.81 PL07 from B12007.

I hope someone can help me.
