Non SAP Addon Stopped working.

Hello SB1 Experts,

I have a strange case. OS Version : WIndows Server 2008 R2Standart SAP Businnes One 8.81

My non SAP Addon worked without problems severals days and then stopped working.

Also I detected that also SAP Addons like Outlook_Integration couldnt be started more .

My Actions :

1. I made an addon upgrade to Outlook_Integration Version 881.313.00.05 . Now this addon is started and is working fine.

But my non SAP Addon still is stopped working

I tried severals times to uninstall and to Install again with sucess. Its starts but after a while its stopped with following Message Problem Event Name: CLR20r3

I could found any change the last days on Customers System.

Could you please provide me some advice ?

Welcome you post on the forum.

Is the add-on by a 3rd party or by yourself? Is this add-on working in previous B1 version if any?

Hi Kostas,

Did you perform a version upgrade? if your add-on is designed for lower versions(05 or 07) . I think you will need to recompile your add-on so that it will run smoothly in version 8.81 pl 05.

Hi,

You can try removing the SBO-COMMON, then try restoring different SBO-COMMON (ex. from test database).

If successful you restore the license and your patches.
