Table Maintenance Generator Issue

HI ,

I have a requirement where I have created a Table Maintenance for the Table . When I look at the Data in SM30 there is a Button 'POSITION'.

To The Field That the POSITION Button points to - Can i Change the Search Help i mean can i add a Custom Search Help.
