0Material Product Hierarchy on R/3

Hello,

I am trying to use the datasource 0MATERIAL_LPRH_HIER. It is active, but when I test extraction in RSA3 and it requires a hiearchy name, the drop done produces the message "List is empty". Similarly, using the Test Extraction icon (CTRLSHIFTF8) in RSA6, does not do anything - no message or results. I have verified that we have values in the product hierarchy information in the basic view of materials.

We are currently using 0MAT_SALES_LPRH_HIER and it works properly.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kelley,

Have you seen OSS note 400116...though it mentions the error received in the InfoPackage, it seems similar to your situation.
