SAP NetWeaver 70 - Java and ABAP VMware Trial - very slow

I have installed the SAP NetWeaver 70 - Java and ABAP VMware Trial by using Vmware-Player (Win 7 - 64 bit)

I could connect from my local sap-gui to the vm - but to gete an answer from the sap-system takes quite long time - more time than productive customer systems.

In my opinion it is not the connection, because the gui in the vm is very slow too.

Any hints to increase the speed of the sap-trial system?
