Document type for stock transport order

Dear all;

I have created one new purchase order document type for stock franport order from UB and given to a separate name ZUB ,but the at the time of creating one stock transport order the condition tab page is missing both in the header level and the item level. what may be reson and how to solve it ?

When you create a new document type for STO's there is a configuartion for the priciing procedure determination that needs to be completed.

MM - Purchasing - Conditions - Define Price Determination Process - Define Schema Determination - Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders

This step needs to be completed for STO's

HI joydeep,

For stock transport order your selecting document type was UB .Generally UB was using at the time of stock transfer from one plant onther plant with in one company code .

For with in the company stock transfers no need of cost .because the transfer was done with in the company.

so thier is no need of condition tab in UB document type it was standard for UB document type u can not find condition tab in your order.

I guess u created new order type ZUB by copying standard UB document type, if not please create by copying.

Hi Joy,

It could also be authorization issue, which needs to be assigned to the user. Check with your basis consultant.

Hi,

You have to define screen layout at docement level after you create new document type, then only you can get all required conditions. Go to SPRO > Material Management > Purchasing > purchase order > define screen layout at document level
