Hi,

Immediate requirements: Quantities that are required immediately (today or earlier) but which have not yet been transmitted to the vendor by means of a scheduling agreement release. Immediate Requirements are determined and shown in the scheduling agreement (SA) release .In the general parameters, you specify the following for each release type:

u2022If and, if so, under which conditions, the system creates a release of this type (Creation strategy)

u2022If backlogs and immediate requirements are to be calculated and identified. . In the general parameters, you specify the following for each release type:

u2022If and, if so, under which conditions, the system creates a release of this type (Creation strategy)

u2022If backlogs and immediate requirements are to be calculated and identified

Creation profile will assign to SA item. I hope this will resolve your issue. Thanking you.

Thank you Pamdmasri,i think the info provided by you will be help full.

I need some of your inputs on the below question

When MRP generates the Purchase Requisitions which has many due dates per lines, how does the dating logic work. Can we state create one PO for all lines due on a specific date and create a second one for other dates. So there for a Purchase Rec, could turn around multiple PO based on dates. We want one PO per due date, not nested due dates within the PO. It is also my understanding that this can be automated. If you automate rec to PO, can you do this per question above on PO per due date

Thanks for your inputs

Regards,

Kris

Hi,

The extensive configuration options in the creation profile allow you to produce the most varied results within the scope of release generation.

The creation profile is assigned to an SA item. (SA release item overview screen -> Item -> More functions -> Additional data)

You create creation profiles in Customizing for Purchasing via Scheduling Agreement -> Maint. Rel. Creation Profile for Sched. Agmt. w. Rel. Docu.

Creation profiles are plant-dependent and consist of the following:

u2022General parameters

u2022Aggregation horizons

u2022Creation periodicity

u2022Tolerance profile . For more details please follow below link. I hope this will resolve your issue. Thanking you.
