Can not see parameter values

Hi experts,

After I set up a parameter and when I preview the report, the system can popup dialog window, but value list is empty,

how do I fix this issue?

Hi,

Is it a dynamic or a static parameter?

Could you check if a Value field has been associated to this parameter?

I have try two kinds of parameter and set a field equal to parameter, and I can choice value from right panel, but can't choice any value from popup window, because value list is empty.

Right-Click the parameter and select Edit. Under the Value Column, click the 'Click here to add item' option.

Select the database field from the drop-down to load the list of the values.

Well, that's weird! You didn't tell if its a Static or a Dynamic parameter

And, by the way, what is the data source of the report?

Hi,

I use MySQL 5.5 and MS Access(XTreme.mdb).

Because all quick link on start page can not pop up window, so I think it my computer's issue! I have ever installed BI 4.X, but already remove it! Is it a firewall's issue?

Do you see any data when you add a few fields to the Details Section?

Or maybe just include the field that that loads the list of values to the Details section. See if the report is able to fetch any data.
