UCES/Biller Direct Logon Error

We are currently implementing UCES for our current project. We are getting the following error message at the time of log in:

"A general problem has occurred within the logon. The error message is: ."

We ensured that the use_named_connections parameter in the Connection Manager component has been set to "NO" as suggested in the other forums. However, we are still getting the same issue. The user ID is also mapped to a valid Contract Partner (Business Partner) in ECC FICA.
