Problem prompt migration from BO R2 to BO 3.1

Hi, I have a problem on the cascade prompt after the migration from BO XI R2 to 3.1 (version 12.3.5.925)

When opening any of the Deski report in infoview.

The prompt don't come displayed thick to fall all and three but, at times comes required directly the u201CCu201D prompt without have before asked the prompt u201CAu201D and u201CBu201D, at times comes required directly the u201CBu201D prompt without have before asked the prompt u201CAu201D and as by in casual manner (random)

When I tell cascade prompt I don't understand those creations with the function "tool option/list of values/Create cascading List of Values"

but those creations in operative manner, in distinctive: the prompt are to three levels

A, B, C

the data are present all on the same TABLE chart and I/they am
