we have implemented the xcelsius dashboards and webi reports. The data source is BI. Now the client changed the log in details in Bi system.. so I have opened the connections for universer designer and changed the password accordingly.
Now the webi reports are getting data , but the flash player reports ( xcelsius reports ) are not able to get the data. Whn i recheck the connections, its showing that password is incorrect. I have entered correct password soo many times stil the same is repeating.
kindly advice how to rectify the problem. webi reports are working fine with data. BUt xcelsius dashboards are working.
