I ran the t code SM37 to check the background obs overview. I am able to get the data of the jobs run for the past 10 days only.
I suppose this is a standard feature in SAP. Can anybody tell me, where will this 10 days of retention period be defined in SAP.
Or is there any ways to check al the jobs pertaining to an user.

There are programs delivered with SAP systems that are designed to reorganize (delete) old jobs and old logs. In most companies, basis runs these programs regularly. Within the selection parameters of these programs, it is possible to determine what types of jobs are retained, and how long they are retained.

Hi Karthik
In SM37 please click on the extended job selection tab then select one of the radio button based on weekly, monthly period. I think this is what you are looking for.
