Problem with BACK button

Hi all,

the standard back button is not working in web UI. i have written the code in 'WD_DESTROY' method as "raise event histroy_trigger'. but it is not working . any one can help me.

Hi,

Can you explain your problem a bit more in details. What exactly is happening and to replicate the same. Ideally, the standard back button should work without any problem.

Also, check whether there are some OSS Notes missing that needs to be applied in the framework or is this a result of an upgrade. Check with your fellow users also if they are facing the same issue as this will help you to identify the issue concerned is unique to your system or not.

Hi,

Actually iam working on IC_AGENT. in account identification of navigation bar standarad BACk button is not working. after searching account details if i go to next screen there back button is not activated.
