Wrong calculated PO commitments

Hi,

We are facing this problem,and are unable to get the appropriate reason.

In general:

Ext Obligo is the automated created variance between the PO value and posted actuals. No manuell work.

Example: PO value Ext Obligo Actuals

31,050.00 29,854.71 29.945.71

correct Ext Obligo value should be :- 1.104,29(that is the difference of the PO value and the actuals) ,But its coming 29,854.71.

For a particular Purchase order for some line items its coming correct for some its coming wrong.

In case these are service items, try implementing the standard notes:

1491430 - Incorrect Commitments for Service Items

1492317 - Incorrect commitments after posting service entry sheet

Then follow the further steps after the notes have been applied:

1) Execute the RKANBU01 transaction to re-build the commitments

2) In order to correct the FM records execute FMN4N transaction for the affected PO

You may also want to search the forum as such issues have been discussed before as well.
