Hello,

T-Code - 0VLP - enter B (Situation rejected with an error message) in Check Over Delivery Check Box. This will not allow Over-Delivery.

T-Code: XD03, Sales Area Data - Shipping Tab.

1. Here put Tick in Complete Delivery required by Law.

2. in "Partial delivery per item" check Box enter B- Create only one delivery (also with quantity = 0)

3. Enter Under & Over Delivery Tolerance as 0%.

Hope this helps,

Thanks,

one option is in your item category in VOV7, use completion rule B or C.

This will keep the document open untill everything is referenced ? but doesnt ensure or check for delivery qty = sales order qty.

option 2: In VTFL, at item level copy 004 routine and ensure delivery qty = ordered qty/target qty and in MV50AFZZ put a check that delivery qty is always equal to sales order qty.

Option 3: complete delivery indicator in CMR

Pls see if it helps?

Regards

Raghu.

1. in CMR, XD02, Tab Shipping, fields "complete delivery by law" = activate

Partial delivery per item make = C, ONLY complete delivery allowed

2. in OVM1, make message VL062 as E (error) - then you shall have to do complete deliveries, or else user shall get error

3. from delivery to billing document, that shall happen. You do not have to do anything.
