As you know China change IIT rule and exempt amount, I have changed in IMG, now want to know if we must delimit IT0531 on Sep. 1st 2011.

You will need to carry out the changes as detailed in SAP note 1606256 -Individual Income Tax Exemption Amount and Rate
adjustment.
These changes take effect as of September 1, 2011.
