Leave Request WF not getting triggered

Hi Experts,

We are working on the leave request workflow.

We have copied WS12300111 and have used the copied WF WS98000001 for our use.

When we are raising a leave request from the portal, we are getting the following issue "You are not authorized agent of the task WS98000001".

When we reverted back to WS12300111, it worked.

We had just configured for annual leave(205R) WS98000001. All other leave types had WS12300111. When we did this, the WF was not triggered for the other leave types also.

Coluld you kindly guide us as to what the issue could be and what needs to be done.
