Error in ARE 1 Output- Excise Exempt

Hi Experts,

after carrying out the transaction code J1IA101 for the excise exempt invoice. We are not getting any value in the value column. The excise duty percentage is also not coming.

There are no remarks printed although the same is maintained in the system.
