Release Business Partner

When creating the commercial Paper in FTR_CREATE I am getting an error that the business partner is not released.

Can any one guide me how to release the business partner.

Hi,

A few checks. Did you maintain all nessecary data on the business partner on the role counterparty?:

Is the date in the general role set as far back as the contract dates of the financial instrument you are entering?

Now the counterparty role - company code area:

SI: payment details tab, are all the payment details assiged to the proper products?

And does the counter party role states (maintained)?
