Email not triggered to support team in service desk solman 7.0 eph1 sps26

Hi Experts,

I am using SolMan 7.0 EHP1 SPS26 service desk.

After configuration of service desk, i was able to see all the features was working, such as

1. Support team identified by rule 13200137

2. Email sent to support team as soon as identified in NEW status

Suddenly after 20 service messages i noticed that , Email to support team is not triggered automatically when message is created. But the action is executed if change/edit the message and save.

Pl advise me where would the problem be.

Note:

I am on the latest stack level as none of the notes circulated in this forum can not be applied.

    Have you done settings as described in SAP note 1512895 ?

      The problem is that note is valid only for

      Manual Post-Implement. |

      -


      But i am currently in SAPKITL437.

    Please check the settings in T-code SPPFCADM -> CRM_ORDER.
