Authentification problems

Hello,

during the employee services shopping I am not able to get the list of items via the web service if I am not the super administrator.

Could someone bring some light into my darkness and give me a hint where I can find the authorization configuration which user is able to call a specific catalog web service?

If the question is not clear enough (and this could really be) just give me a note and I will add the necessary information to the question.
