Is there any way to add PO no and corresponding line item of PO in VL32N?

Hello,

The scenario is, we have created the IBD and deleted one of the line item and saved it.

We went to VL32N and added the missing line item to IBD but PO number and corresponding item number of PO field of newly added line items are grayed out. We are not able to add PO number and item number in VL32N screen. Is there any way to add PO no and corresponding line item of PO in VL32N?

    Hi Milind,

When we create the inbound delivery with reference to the PO thru' VL31N, the PO number and line item number gets captured into inbound delivery. I believe that it may not be possible to add this reference numbers manually thur' VL32N. Instead if you still have your PO line item with open quantity (due to deletion from the existing inbound delivery), you can create new inbound delivery w.r.t. the same PO thru' VL31N. This will generate new inbound delivery with PO and line item number in the reference document field.

    Hope this will help.

    Regards,

      Hi,

If you want to include PO items that are in more than one PO, then select the Purchase Order icon on the first screen of the transaction.(shift - F4) VL31N. This will allow you to enter the vendor and select any combination of items across PO's into one IBD.

      Thanks James

    Hello team.

Can anybody guide me about this issue? Is there any way to add PO no and corresponding line item of PO in VL32N without creation of new IBD?

    Thanks,

      Hi

It is imposible to add new PO items in an existing IBD in VL32N.

However, during creation of Inbound Delivery in VL31N, we can select multiple POs, and create only one inbound delivery if the vendor is same for all the POs
