Fatal error occured in the PD layer srm 7.0

Hi,

While creating the RFx response i am getting following error.

"A fatal error occured in the PD Layer. The transaction needs to be terminated."

I tried as per following thread(number range is correct, i had full authorization), but still i am getting same error.

Any suggestion...Thanks in advance.

Check if the relationship with your Number Ranges and Define Transaction Types is ok.

Hi,

Make sure the note 1269719 is present in the system as this is intended to replace these generic messages with a more specific message if possible.

Tell me the steps what you are performing in creating Rfx .

I am also working in the same scenario in SRM 7.0

This is a generalises error
