how can I maintain authorization object S_ADMI_FCD with value TRNR and TRNL?
09,
You don't really maintain the object, you maintain the profile. Find the object in the profile you are interested in, and then in change mode, you change the profile, by adding values to the object within the profile. You can enter a value of, say TRNL (I don't recall ever seeing TRNR value being available for that object, although I am not sitting in front of a system right now).
Another method is to find an existing role or profile that already has that object/value combination assigned to it, and then assign that role/profile to the user who needs the additional security.
This task is normally handled by an authorization specialist. If you are talking about a dev, qual, or productive system, I strongly recommend that you manage this issue using your company's standard procedures, through the authorization person on your team. For sandboxes, some companies will have their security specialist assign a profile to the user, which gives a 'blanket' permission to do 'everything'.
Many companies will hire a security specialist consultant to come in and set up their authorizations, if there is inadequate expertise locally.
