copy documents designed on development machine to Clinets machine 2004A

I know that you can copy and paste documents desingd on the layout window and I have done this. But it is impossible to do this between two physical computers. Even in terminal server mode.

All I want is to modify and create my AR Invoice etc and Port it to the client machine when I go there. Rather than going to the Client site and doing the work.

Does any one know of any shortcuts?

    Hi Indika,

    I had the same problem a while ago. You can provide the SQL Server name in front of the database name, but this requires that some stored procedure should be executed to link the 2 databases. The only other way I can think of is to make a backup of your database and then restoring it on the client's server, then copy the reports from one database to the other and then delete your own database again from the client's PC.

      making a backup of the database seems to be a good solution. Pity that SAP does not provide an esier way. Thanks for the hint.
