We are in the process where maintenance budget is maintained on WBS element and assigned to work order. The existing process that we have is that the budget for material is check at the time of work order save and goods issue step. Now the business ask to have a budget check at the time of PO. In order to achieve this we use PO with account assignment Q (project stock) to have a budget check at the time of PO creation. But another issue arise where: 1. If in the component we use project stock (special stock: 2), no budget check happen and remaining order plan value also not updated. 2. If we use plant stock (unrestricted use), there's budget check at the time of work order save but the budget are consume twice as there are value in the remaining order plan of wbs and also commitment on po creation. Any idea on how to overcome this?
