Hello,
I know that with SHD01 we can create differente variantes for a transaction.
My question:
I want for some users to have the possibilty to clic on the boton "POST" an others NO.
so I must create two variantes for FV60.
How can attribue this variante to this user and other varinate to others users?
N/B : I want that all the users execute the same transtion (FV60).
Thank you.
best regards choaib.
If you are going to work the authorizations side, then create one role with the value 3 (Activity) in all the object's of the transaction code.... so the users with this role will be unable to use the function "post" (save)...
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Hello,
when I do that, I have an authorization message wich say that I can save because i don't have authorization for that. But me I don't want that. I want to gray this option (save) in the file menu (keep it visible but I can't clic on), How can I do that by authorization?
Thanks,
Choaib.

If POST is there on main screen, just try to find out the authorization objects which comes by default with your transaction code.
Then go to the objects and check from where it is picking the POST, just change the role of users accordingly.
*Try to create a test role in Quality with single tcode to find out the authoriztion objects

Hi,
In SHD0 -->Standard variants -->Variant groups -->There u will find user assignment ..
There u assign the user, as said u can create 02 variants for the tcode and assign each of those to separate users ..
Else u can also do it via authorisations ..

I don't think it can be acheived with variants, But its possible with authorizations.
