DS Designer release

Hello forum. We are using Data Services 4.0. The DS Designer (client-side app) "About" menu show:

Installed Package name = Data integrator Premium

Designer 14.0.0.0

JobServer 14.0.0.0

JobEngine 14.0.0.0

Repository 14.0.0.0000

Are we using the latest release of Designer, or is there patch we need to apply? What about the server-side? The SAP Support Portal is a little hard to decipher.
