Hi All:
I have a situation where we have two business' and each of them have their own planning area and their respective planning book. One business does not want to see the other business' planning book. We have two sets of users who should be able to see one planning book each. How can I do that? I am not a security person. OUr team setup something and now when I log into the test user ID I try to execute /SAPAPO/SDP94, it gives me an error " Planning Book is defect. You dont have authorization for other books". The SU53 gives me:
> Authorization check failed
> Authorization Obj C_APO_PB
> Auth Field ACTVT 03
> Auth Field APO_DVIEW Data View Z_DQ_ALL_TEST
> Auth field APO_PLBK2 Planning Book Z_DQ_ALL_TEST
> User's Auth data Q:ZFXDPMGR
> C_APO_PB etc etc >>>>>> all green.
The Z_DQ_ALL_TEST is not the planning book that this user should access. And the User Auth data after the Auth FAilure are all green and has the correct data.
Where is the Z_DQ_ALL_TEST coming from? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ryan
Hello Ryan,
Please check the transaction /sapapo/sdpplbk.
If there's default planning boo/data view assigned to the userID, please remove it.
I suppose the incorrect planning book/data view comes from here.
Best Regards,
Ada
