BW and Portal integration problem

Hi everybody,

I have problems for seeing graphic web items in my portal. I integrate BW web templates in my portal using the BW Report iview in some cases and a .par which load web template´s URL in others. Currently, using these two integrating options I can´t see graphic web items, but I can see any other web item (example: table). Moreover, the graphic is not displayed, but the context menu and tooltips area available and visible.

I checked my IE browser options and I´m using java v1.4.2. I´m not sure if it´s the cause of this.

Does somebody know what´s happening?

    There's plenty of info if you do a search. First is the IGS even installed. FYI ... this is a BW issue not being able to render a query in graphical form, not a portal issue.
