Automatic picking for non-WM storage location

Hello,

For a non-WM storage location we want to activate automatic picking. The users do not want to do that manually every time, since normally there is enough stock and these orders are created as rush (direct delivery creation). Batch determination is active but picking quantities are not automatically filled with quantities as requested in the sales order. Is anyone familiar with the solution to this issue?
