Problem in Settlement and Variance calculation

Dear All,

In my client place, we have an issue which is Production Order is not calculating Variance and Settlement. It is giving the error message as "Valuation Class for Materials (Material No.) (Plant) changed".

Because of the reason is previously that material was external procurement (Procurement Type is "F"). Now that material is manufacturing in our plant, so Procument Type is changes as "E". This is the reason, we have change Material Valuation class.

Due to these reasons, we got error message "Valuation Class for Materials (Material No.) (Plant) changed".

Kindly give a guidelines how to proceed this kind of error while in calculation of Variance and Settlement?
