Dear Friends,

I have to create contract offer.So when I am assigning Business Partner (BP),

it shows Error as follows:

There are gaps in assignment of required role

Message no. REBPBP011

Diagnosis

Either a business partner has not been assigned in role for the current object/contract or

A business partner is not assigned in this role at all times in which the object is valid (period 14.09.2011 - 14.09.2012).

Also in posting it gives another Error:

Postings: no business partner was selected

Message no. RETMFI007

In BP t code the validity date is 01.01.0001 - 31.12.9999 . it uneditable.

Kind give some suggestions.

Hi Elan,

Pl check the config in realestate search\contract offer \ define partner transfer when contract created.

If you assign customer based role here, then you must assign customer based role in "BP Role Contract" field also in config.

Basically system checks whether the customer based role is assigned or not for creating contracts in future.
