SAP PS Currency heriarchy reports.

Hi experts,

At the time of budgeting let us take a date 1st April 2010 I had put 100 usd & at that time the exchange rate for USD=INR was Rs.45

Now I am executing the report on 1st May 2010 where the exchange rate for USD=INR is Rs.44.50

i.e,in S_alr_87013560 report is showing INR Rs.4,450 where user wants that it should view as Rs.4,500 the day on which the budget is put.

Is there any configuration or can we make such changes in report painter or is there any SAP Notes.
