Hello friends,
What is the purpose of the check box"User Specific" in the Recipient(s) tab ?Hw and when exactly we will use this?Please,give some answer for this/

If user specific option is selected in broadcasting setting then system generate the document for each user in the recipient list with their personal setting. For example number format, date format, data authorization and language etc i.e. a document is created for each user. This is useful in case we are scheduling the broadcast setting in background. In case this option is not selected then the document is generated based on user id in authorized user for all the recipient.
