XML Extraction Template Reuse

Greetings,

I was trying to setup XML doc extraction via SOAP RFC service but need to clarify some questions. Hope to get some help here.

The Flatfile Datasource (DS) is used to generate the Myself DS. I understand that only delta mode is possible for XML extraction in BW. What should be the Delta Method to specify for the Flatfile (which is later used as template) & where to set it? Can I use Full Upload Update mode in the DS/TS area of the Infosource maintenance?

The Fields specified in the DS/TS area would also be reused. Is the field sequence as important for XML doc format as it is for the usual Flatfile DS? Must the fields selection be ticked as well or leave as it is unselected?

Could someone also comment on what are the XML 'entities' which cannot be parsed / analyzed?
